Policies
Maximum of 2 persons in a 1 Bedroom Apartment; 4 persons in a 2 Bedroom Apartment 6 persons in a 3 Bedroom Apartment
Application, Holding Fee, Security Deposit and First Month’s Rent must be paid by Money Order or Cashier’s Check ONLY. A copy of your Social Security Card and Driver’s License will be obtained and made part of your records. An additional deposit may be required.
Background Checks- Credit, Rental, Criminal
Credit, Criminal and Eviction checks will be obtained for each person over the age of 18 years. Each person must meet current criteria in all three areas. Adverse history may be grounds for denying occupancy or requiring additional Deposit monies. History must reflect no felony records (including adjudication withheld or deferred), no serious misdemeanors and no sex-related or terrorism-related convictions.
Rental verification will include obtaining your current/previous address, with landlord’s complete contact information, as well as the length of residency.
Income
Before application is completed, original employment verification letters must be returned to us along with the last four paycheck stubs. Paystubs will be submitted to Snapp for verification.
If self-employed, provide a copy of your last tax return. Total household income must meet minimum income guidelines or 3 times the rental rate.
